A walk in the Forrest!

We are heading to the Otways to enjoy two beautiful walks in Forrest – with a delicous dinner at the Forrest Brewing Company to celebrate!

In the morning we will walk 12kms along the Tiger Rail Trail, through stunning forest canopies and lush ferns, then we’ll enjoy a fantastic picnic lunch.

In the afternoon we’ll enjoy a leisurely walk around Lake Elizabeth, a shorter walk of 5kms – we may even see some of the platypuses that the area is well known for.

Suitable for most fitness levels, there are a few gentle hills along each walk but the trails are nice and easy to walk along and we’ll take plenty of rest stops to take photos.

We’ll meet in Forrest, then after our first walk we’ll drive the short distance to Lake Elizabeth for our picnic lunch and a tea or coffee before we complete our afternoon walk, returning in time for you to explore Forrest on your own before an early dinner at the Forrest Brewing Company.
