Monday 9th September

Arrive in Bali at Ngurah Rai Airport and be met by our driver to take you to the Bali Amore Villas in Canggu. Settle in for an afternoon as your fellow guests arrive from around the world.  pool

Enjoy a relaxed training session in the late afternoon to ease the kinks out of the body after your flight and then enjoy a relaxing Barbecue Dinner, whilst we go over the activities for the week. You may also have to check out the sun bed for comfort around the pool


Tuesday 10th September

Today we attend a local cooking school to learn the art of Balinese Cooking. Visit the markets and see the locals bartering for their food before heading to a local cooking school to see the food prepared, and just how they get that amazing flavour into the food. Will you try something different?

 Again, the rest of the day is yours – perhaps a drive to a local orphanage? The local orphanages and schools are always looking for some support from tourists. Perhaps a donation of some toys, clothes or some books would help make the kids’ lives a little better.


Wednesday 11th September

Today will see us again picked up at the Villa and driven for breakfast overlooking Mt Batur at Kintimani before visiting a coffee plantation, discovering rice paddies and enjoying a mountain bike tour through villages near Ubud.

See traditional Balinese villages, and the Balinese people go about their day away from the hustle and bustle we are used to in the busy shopping district. Keep one hand free to High Five the village kids as we go through! One of the highlights!

We then have a traditional Balinese meal in a Balinese compound where you can learn about family life and their traditions.


Thursday 12th September

Rest Day

Time to go and sample what Bali has to offer!

After a morning training session at the Canggu Club next door to our Villa you can have the rest of the day to go and see what Bali is all about.

Maybe some beach time? Shopping? Hire a driver and go visit anywhere you like!

We will have plenty of time today to experiment with some of the recipes from the cooking school, you can hang around the villa and swim laps, read a book, chill or go surfing if that’s more to your liking.

Some other things you might like to try could include a visit to the famous temple at Tanah Lot – perhaps the infamous Bat Cave at Goa, or the relaxed lifestyle at Sanur. Bali is yours to explore!

May be a good time to book in for a massage…ease away some stress…


Day 5

Friday 13th September


Up very early (don’t ask!) for a drive to Mt Batur, climbing 1717 metres to the peak in time to see the sun rise. Can you believe you’ll be on the top of a Volcano? We’ll then have some breakfast and head back to the Villa by lunch time and you can head off to do your thing!


Maybe some shopping for souvenirs for those at home? Don’t worry about how fit you are – the climb to the summit and back will take around 3 hours – it’s challenging, but it really is one foot in front of the other!


Saturday 14th September

Today is another ‘rest’ day, but most of us will head to the Bali Safari and Marine Park for the day and everyone is welcome to join in.

 DAY 7

Sunday 15th September

White Water Rafting

What better way to complete your final Bali Adventure than with a breathtaking White Water Rafting experience on the Telaga Waja River. After being picked up at our Villa we will be driven to the Telaga Waja River and experience some white knuckle adventure.


Bring your camera for this – take some photos of the amazing waterfall as we stop for a quick break before completing the rafting experience with a scary big drop! Then a few stairs up to lunch and back to the hotel and the rest of the day is yours!

Dinner at the Villa tonight to wrap up what you’ve achieved in your Adventure week and to talk about what goals you might have with your fitness in the future. You’ve shared an incredible week and made some fantastic new friends – you now have a support crew for when you get back home to keep you focussed on what you need to do.

DAY 9 – Monday 16th September

Departure Day

Transfer from the villa to the airport. Please allow lots of time to get to the airport, however many flights depart late Saturday night, so you will still have time to pick up your last minute shopping, collect the laundry you have had the locals do very cheaply for you, and to say goodbye to the beach and your new Balinese and Adventure friends.

You are away for a total of 8 days/7 nights
