Whatever the reason you love BOOTCAMP, we are bringing you a day of building YOUR own BOOTCAMP, with TIPS, TECHNIQUE and the TOOLS you need to do it at home, your local park, the beach, or anywhere you love to train.
You will be taught how to make your own BOOTCAMP equipment (and take it home with you), how to structure your own program so you aren’t guessing what exercises to do, and how to SAFELY exercise when you can’t get to your BOOTCAMP, gym, or Personal Trainer.
Matt Jolley will teach you how to train to achieve your goals, with equipment that you will make yourself, and how to stay motivated when it’s hard to keep firing on all cylinders.
Learn how to complete an EXPRESS BOOTCAMP session in just 15 minutes – perfect when you can’t get away from home or work on time.
Learn how to structure your own program according to what YOUR goals are.
Join us on Saturday May 16th at EFM Health Clubs Geelong, 45-95 Ballarat Road North Geelong from 11.00am to 4.00pm with lunch included, as well as all of the BOOTCAMP equipment you will make and be taught to use on the day.
You don’t need to be handy with tools, this equipment is simple and safe to make and exercise with.
Cost is $97 for the day, including lunch and equipment and training sessions.
Payment is by direct deposit, or credit card (no payment on the day sorry, we need to have registrations in by May 13th).
