Free Fun Friday Family Fitness!

So now that lots of you have your kids schooling at home, you might be wondering what to do about their missing exercise – they’re missing out on PE at school, they’re missing out on their regular sport during the week and on weekends and to be quite honest, they probably either have too much energy and you need to burn some off, or you’re having trouble getting them to move at all!

Having coached junior and senior sport for literally decades, I know how difficult it can be to get them moving and doing the right stuff. Too little and they’re too antsy, too much and they’re washed out for the rest of the day.

And you need some stress relief as well – no gym for you unless you were ahead of the times and set up your home gym.

So I’m going to run a Free Fun Friday Family Fitness Session at 4pm on 17th April.


Yes, FREE!

You don’t have to sign up to anything, you don’t have to commit to the two week program I am starting next Monday at 4pm – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – around 40-45 minutes of warm ups, exercise, and some stretches to get everyone feeling better. It’s only $50 for the two week program and you can have everyone in the family do it – you just need some space where you can move without hitting any furniture and you need an internet capable device such as your phone, tablet or laptop.

If you do want to know more about the program starting next week then by all means ask me, but why not join us tomorrow afternoon for some fun fitness where you can all celebrate the start of the weekend, where you’ll all get to stay home and do the same things you did during the week!

You won’t need any equipment tomorrow, but you can bring an exercise mat or a beach towel to lie on. You can wear your active wear, or you can go barefoot if you like.
