Your first session will actually be 45 minutes as I take you through some warm up ideas for the start and stretches at the end, so it’s fantastic value!
Let’s get started and then commit to your next session so you don’t lose your momentum!
One on one online training is great if you have some injuries you’re dealing with, or you’re just getting back into training.
