Saturday May 11, 2019

BANG Fitness Adventures is pleased to present our newest event

The Black Rock Walk will be 15 kms of Beach Walk from Barwon Heads to Point Impossible on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast.

We will enjoy stunning views of Bass Strait as we walk past iconic areas of the coast including The Bluff, Thirteenth Beach, Black Rock, Breamlea and finally to Point Impossible after which we will enjoy an amazing Hammam water therapy experience!

  • Relaxation Pool – A heavily salted pool heated to a relaxing warm temperature.
  • Vitality Pool – Reclining lounges and moulded seats with water pressure jets are suspended in a warm salt chlorinated pool.
  • Thermal Stone Room – Heated floors, walls and stone seat are complemented with additional steam and mist sprays.
  • Steam Room – Higher temperatures induce a healthy sweat.
  • Experience Showers – Offering cool, mild, warm and hot raindrop water therapy.

We then will enjoy a delicious A La Carte dinner with stunning views across the water!

Only nine spots available – $377 per person, includes The Walk, transport to and from the trail, Hammam Water Therapy Experience and a delicious A La Carte dinner.

The Walk from Barwon Heads to Point Impossible is around 15kms, however we will have plenty of rest stops for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, and lots of opportunities to take pictures and just enjoy the amazing scenery. The Walk will take around 5-6 hours, so it will be your responsibility to ensure that you can walk that distance over 6 hours, to ensure that the group can enjoy the Walk and exploring the local area.

Our driver will meet us for lunch so you’ll only need to carry water and some snacks which we will provide with you – no heavy packs, and no soggy sandwiches!

Your Walk will take you along some spectacular Bass Strait coastline, from The Bluff at Barwon Heads and Thirteenth Beach to Black Rock where we will stop for lunch. We then walk along the beach past Breamlea to Point Impossible (which is also the start of our Surf Coast Walk!)

You will be able to soak in the rejuvenating pools and soak those tired muscles for a few hours before enjoying a luxurious dinner experience, with a wine or beer and followed by tea and coffee!

We strongly encourage you to have undertaken a few training Walks prior to attempting the BANG Fitness Adventures Black Rock Walk.

We want this to be an experience to savour, to relish and to immerse yourself into, coming out the other end with an appreciation of exactly what you are capable of and with a sense of perspective about how you can overcome future challenges in your lives.

BANG Fitness Adventures is here to help you find ways to make things happen for you. To help you overcome fears and doubts about what you can really achieve in your life, to help you create a new belief system based on you actually experiencing life. We are pleased that you have considered us to be a part of your experiences and we look forward to sharing the BANG Fitness Adventures Black Rock Walk with you.
